The Customer Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing key administrative tasks related to Order to Cash transactions. This position involves supporting internal and external accounts within the EU Business areas, and you will contribute to the seamless execution of administrative functions.
You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks for their assigned customer set;
  • Engaging in regular meetings with European Customer Operations teams to understand their future needs and collaborate with them;
  • Cultivating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, both internally and externally;
  • Aiding in resolving EDI backlog and errors in SAP for customer orders;
  • Supporting in management of orders and inquiries;
  • Generating replacements and credits for products in SAP and the B2B Portal for Retailers;
  • Addressing Customer Complaints forms;
  • Performing any necessary ad-hoc administrative tasks;
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and written skills in English and German;
  • 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Strong attention to detail and result driven;
  • Order & backlog management experience;
  • Customer satisfaction oriented;
  • Good organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong team player and relationship builder;
  • Experience in SAP or another ERP system.
