As the Customer Operations Specialist, you will supervise key & independent accounts within an assigned customer portfolio, forging strong connections with the internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations. You will also collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to execute upcoming strategies effectively.
Along side this you will:

  • Foster a culture of collective responsibility and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Mediate and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Lead customer setup processes in collaboration with Master Data Management and Warehouse Operations.
  • Oversee order & backlog management, including outbound orders, pro forma invoices, and returns.
  • Monitor order management to optimize supply fill rates and meet quarterly targets.
  • Address blocks on order placement promptly, escalating as needed.
  • Provide support and training on B2B Portal usage.
  • Manage Consignment Customers throughout the process.
  • Monitor central mailboxes and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain updated documentation for the customer portfolio.



  • Strong communication and written skills in English and German
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong attention to detail and result driven
  • Strong relationship building skills and service minded
  • Order & backlog management experience
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in SAP or another ERP system as well as Excel
