Inside Sales Representative | German

The Sales Department maintains relationships with clients all over the EU, and this position is never boring as it initiates a variety of commercial activities.
The responsibilities include: 

  • Prepare inquired proposal responses and send proposals to clients. Follow-up on offers in cooperation with the Area Manager.
  • When receiving orders, write-up and verify accuracy before they are approved and signed for.
  • Maintain contact with clients regarding proposals, new orders and orders in progress.
  • Upon approval, send technical drawings and other relevant information to clients for the order process.
  • Administrative duties and creating credit notes in relation to client complaints and returns of goods.
  • Register price agreements and other important information with clients into computer system.

Requirements:

Requirements for this function: 

  • Relevant working experience, and preferably a technical interest
  • Commercial-minded and customer-oriented.
  • You speak at least a fluent level of English and German.
  • Good social skills and ability to easily establish and maintain relationships

Our client is active in a technical industry, they have a large production site in Utrecht, and are dealing with clients all over Europe. Their main markets are Benelux, Germany and the UK. Currently, they are looking for a German speaking Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Utrecht.
