Area Manager | Polish (Temporary)

The Sales Department consists of 10 employees of various nationalities. We currently have a vacancy for the Polish market. Each Area Manager edit their own geographical area and is responsible for sales and margin. The work consists of managing relationships, creating sales plans, committing acquisition, conducting marketing activities to achieve the set sales targets and visiting customers and trade shows (several times a year).Next to being responsible for the Polish market, you will be the backup for the German market.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and Cultural Proficiency
  • Proficient level of English; German language skills are a big plus
  • A commercial mindset
  • Being a reliable team player with an independent and proactive working style
  • Willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Interest and some affinity with technology
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package
