Civil & Fibre Technician

At Colt, you can make your mark 

Partner with our Operations and Engineering team, who are experts in constructing our fibre networks, connecting customers to it, and ensuring the correct setup of our services. 

 Be guided every step of the way by our cohort of thinkers and doers. You’ll be introduced to the different aspects of building, maintaining, and delivering customer service on Colt’s Fibre Network. You’ll be responsible for:  

• Solving fault repair activities  

• Planning the changes and re-routes of our fibre network routes  

• Planning of fibre services on Colt’s fibre network  

• Ensure the maintenance of our network is kept at the highest quality  

 

What do we look for? 

You must be proficient in English and Dutch with an education level MBO in a technical area related to this role. We want to see your business-minded abilities and customer-orientated thinking across all areas of this role. Other qualities we like to see: 

• Proactivity in learning new skills and ability to take on a challenge 

• Effective communication within a team to build trust and rapport 

• A methodical approach to your work with the ability to prioritise
