As Sales Support you are the link between clients and the account managers in the region of Belgium and the Netherlands. Due to short-term developments - and depending on your language skills - your focus might be torwards the UK and/or Nordic countries. You are a step ahead of facts in supporting your colleagues and reaching out to clients, making sure sales process runs as successfully as possible. Next to that you:

  • Prospect new clients and promote the company through different channels
  • Ensure relationship with existing clients stays strong
  • Support outside sales team with order administration
  • Manage sales data
  • Participate and prepare sales meetings

Requirements:

Being successful in this role requires a commercial mindset and a good load of proactivity. You should not be afraid of taking initiative, always with customer satisfaction in mind. You're also an expert in Social Media, knowing how to manage the different media spaces to get attention and increase market presence.
Other requirements are:

  • MBO/HBO diploma in Economy, Marketing or a Sales related study
  • Fluency in French or one of the Nordic Languages. Next to that, at least B1-B2 level Dutch is required
  • Proficient English
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Social Media skills
  • Experience with MS Office and some ERP system
  • Living within a commutable distance from Geldermalsen (office-based role)
