This role focuses on providing insightful financial analysis for timely interventions and supporting commercial decisions. As a team member, responsibilities include contributing to consolidated reports, annual budgeting, and supporting business case modeling. Key tasks involve collaborating with business partners, producing reforecasts, and generating management reports.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to translate departmental goals into financial targets
• Develop annual budgets and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Produce reforecasts using current performance trends
• Generate standardized management reports for timely performance analysis
• Assist in preparing presentations for key meetings
• Conduct financial analysis for deviations and timely interventions
• Develop skills for automated reporting using ERP systems

Requirements:

• Qualified or part-qualified in recognized accountancy (e.g. ACCA, CMA) or has a degree in a similar field
• Around 3 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing companies
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V-look Up/Pivot Table)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Initiative, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
