Oberst B.V., active in the internet and technology market and a leading operator of discount code portals with an international team speaking over 20 languages is looking for an expert Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant to join our team.

What will you do?

As a Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant at Oberst B.V., you will be responsible for:

  • Managing bookkeeping and maintaining administration.
  • Acting as the liaison between the company and our accounting firm.
  • Managing financial documentation and transactions using Twinfield, Basecone, and Loket.
  • Advanced use of Excel for financial analyses and reports.



  • You are extremely precise and independent, with a proven track record in bookkeeping.
  • You have experience with Twinfield, Basecone, Loket, or similar software.
  • Strong Excel skills and interest in software and automation.
  • Experience with controlling is a plus.
  • Good command of English; at least basic knowledge of Dutch; additional languages are a bonus.
  • You share our vision of long-term results and continuous system improvement over short-term solutions.

Salary Benefits:

  • A salary between €3850 and €4500 gross per month on a full-time basis, plus 8% holiday allowance.
  • A pension plan with the company contributing 7.7% of the pensionable salary.

  • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home or choose a hybrid work model.
  • A part-time contract for 20-24 hours per week.
