Project Manager Real Estate

What will you do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for new industrial developments;




• Translate the project principles into a design and take the lead in the selection and tender process.




• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budget estimates for new industrial developments.




• Execute and deliver the project in line with objectives, budget, and schedule, considering organizational strategy and current standards.




• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project implementation and potential operational impact.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

• A salary around 5500 gross per month based on your knowledge and experience;

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you have the following profile:

* University degree (minimum equivalent to a Bachelor's) preferably in project management, engineering, or equivalent related to Real Estate;
* You have a strong knowledge of real estate, especially industrial construction;
* Proven track record of project delivery and managing complex projects from initiation to completion while working with internal and external teams, preferably at an international organization;
* You are a full-fledged discussion partner at all levels, and you are excellent at stakeholder management;
* You have an excellent command of the English language;
* You have to be able to work in the Netherlands (sponsorship is not possible);
* You are willing to travel internationally and stay abroad several times a month.
