Working on behalf a major brand, the French speaking Customer Service professional will be responsible for taking inbound calls and responding to emails from prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities include:


• Provide continuous customer service to our Customers via telephone and other electronic mediums.

• Develop expertise in assigned Client’s Line of Business (LOB).

• Drive Customer issue resolution.

• Responsible for delivering timely, accurate customer support and providing a high degree of customer service satisfaction.

• Track & document customer problem information.

• Demonstrates understanding and commitment to protecting customer’s privacy and information.

• Successfully complete training activities to maintain product currency, and to broaden product knowledge.

• Participate in coaching and demonstrate commitment to personal improvement.

• Provide feedback to help improve process, policies, tools, etc.

• Promote the client culture along with your colleagues.



• Fluency in French and English language;

• Software related knowledge and aptitude is a plus;

• You are outgoing and approachable, with excellent customer service and enjoy working in a team environment;

• Well-organized, accurate, you are detail-oriented, professional and courteous with high self-motivation;

Work Hours:

40 hours per week
