As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service in both German and English languages while promoting business growth.You will focus on fostering strong client relationships while also engaging in sales activities.

  • Provide outstanding customer service in both German and English through various communication channels such as email, phone, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding software product licensing, pricing, payments, and order statuses, either independently or by supporting Accounts Managers.
  • Generate quotations for new software licenses and renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive pricing.
  • Pursue business opportunities with new and existing customers based on assigned quotations, contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Technical Support, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process and fulfill customer orders via email.
  • Maintain and update customer and order databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as required.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

  • Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in handling numerical data to understand various discount structures, currencies, and quote proposals.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar inside sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in an additional language, aside from English and German, would be advantageous.

Salary Benefits:

Our client offers a direct contract with a focus on long-term commitment, providing:

  • A monthly salary ranging from €3000 to €3500 gross, depending on your experience and expertise.
