Customer Service Representative - Native Level French Speaking

The Customer Service Representative is a key part of the team based in Amsterdam. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you would be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing sales support to the French speaking customer base. As a result of your high level of care and attention, you will continue to uphold the reputation of quality service the company has. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone enquiries
  • Taking care of customer issues
  • Processing and maintaining orders in SAP
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Following up on credit stops and returns in liaison with the finance department
  • Internet support

Requirements:

Our client requires:

  • HBO level education / thinking
  • A native level of French as well as fluent English
  • A minimum of two years experience in a relevant customer service setting
  • Computer literate, SAP experience is strongly preferred
  • A positive, client focused attitude
  • A team player who works together to solve problems

Salary Benefits:

For this full time position, our client is offering a contract with a competitive salary, 25 vacation days, a pension plan and travel compensation. NOTE: Please note that for this role we are only accepting applications from candidates that hold a valid work permit and are already living near the location of the company.
