Ideal candidates for this role possess the following attributes:

  • Minimum MBO 4 education level.
  • Proficiency in both French and Dutch languages is a must.
  • Customer-centric mindset coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with prior experience in SAP and SalesForce being advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders on various topics such as availability, orders, shipping dates, and pricing.
  • Provide essential administrative support in managing purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Handle the creation of credit notes and invoices according to established procedures.
