A laundry bag will be provided at pick-up
If your items are picked up today, in most cases, they will be returned to you the next day. However, some items, such as carpets, may take longer to clean and deliver. Are you in a time crunch and need your suit or dress picked up and delivered on the same day? Let Mr. Timesaver know before 9 a.m. and they’ll make it happen.
Think you’re going to miss your appointment? Just reschedule through phone, email or social media. Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 2 hours in advance. That’s how flexible Mr. Timesaver is!
Quality service & guarantee
Mr. Timesaver is responsible for your clothes. They know exactly where your clothes are at all times since there’s no middleman. Your items are inspected and marked by Mr. Timesaver when they enter the cleaning process. Their dry cleaning and laundry partners have been thoroughly tested for quality, which is why there’s also a service guarantee.
Not satisfied with the cleaning of your clothes? They’ll re-do them for free if notified within 12 hours of delivery.
Environmentally conscious process & clothing care
Aside from great quality, the environmental impact is also kept in mind. Half of Mr. Timesaver’s partners use Green Earth cleaning products, with other partners in line for that change as well. The reusable laundry bags are provided at pick-up and you can also request one for your next order when your laundry is delivered. It’s possible to return your hangers as well.
Mr. Timesaver also keeps the longevity of your clothes in mind. If items are delicate and can possibly be damaged during the cleaning process, you will be contacted for approval before continuing.
