You will be joining a great team in a multicultural office near Zwolle where you can start in a technical support role in an international environment. Hybrid work is possible after a succesful training period. Please note that the role will start on a 6 month temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Installing, configuring and upgrding hardware and software


  • Supporting co-workers with technical complications, network problems


  • Access control and authorizations regarding access to a computer


  • Making new workplaces ready for use and other ad hoc tasks



About you:

You are solution oriented and proactive to provide technical assistance to your colleagues when needed. You have solid knowledge in ICT and various systems and you are keen to develop your skills further. You will become part of a family business and a multicultural working environment where you have the chance to develop your career further.

Profile:


  • Fluent in Dutch (C1-level or higher) and English both written and spoken


  • Experience with Windows (10 & 11), Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)


  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 management portals (Exchange, Azure, Defender)


  • Available to commute to the office on-site near Zwolle
