Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is urgently looking for an Inventory Management Coordinator who has experience with SAP and enjoy working with numbers and data. Please note that this position is a temporary job for 3-6 months and we can only consider candidates who are available immediately due to the urgency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working with SAP to create a report on warehouses and its inventory level
  • Ensuring that numbers are accurate in Excel and SAP report
  • Working on consolidation of 9 warehouses across the EMEA region

Who we are looking for:          

  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in an inventory management or logistics coordination role or similar             
  • Experience with SAP and Excel (Pivot Table, V-Look Up)  
  • Team player with excellent client service and interpersonal skills
  • Focus and attention to detail, put ideas forward through careful observation               
  • Based in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit in the Netherlands

Way of working:
This position is a temporary job for 3-6 months and is a part-time of approx. 20 hours a week. It is up to you if you want to work 3 days or spreading through the whole week, but it is mandatory to work on Fridays
This is a hybrid way of working where you are expected to come to the office at least once a week.
