Our client, an innovative scale-up company within the food industry with a product you haven't seen before, is looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.

To support their expansion plans to the Netherlands in 2023, we are looking for ambitious and motivated candidates looking to build a career in sales in the food industry. In this role, you will have the freedom to build and manage your own portfolio of clients. You will be the brand ambassador for this company in the Netherlands, responsible for the full 360 sales cycle,  and be part of an exciting new concept in the food industry. Sound interesting?

Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of potential clients using the company’s Benelux strategy
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Qualifying leads in collaboration with the operations team
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Key Accounts team
  • Prepare implementation plans and contracts for the client
  • Maintain the administrative process by updating information on the CRM
  • Regularly brainstorm with the team on best practices

Requirements:

  • min. 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Arabic, Turkish and French are a plus.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience using Hubspot
  • Experience in HORECA is a strong plus
