Our client – who has over 100 years of history as a company within the consumer electronics market – is looking for a Sales Data Administrator. In this position, you will ensure seamless sales processes, providing vital support to teams, and fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors in Europe. 

Position Summary:

The Sales Data Administrator oversees sales and administrative operations in Europe, ensuring smooth processes and supporting Sales and Trade Marketing Teams. Reporting to the GM, this role involves supporting teams with data entries, creating reports based on the data, communicating with retailer and distributor relationships as well as with internal stakeholders.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to Sales and Trade Marketing Teams with data entry & data processing
  • Communicate with retailers and distributors as well as internal stakeholders about Sales data
  • Offer data analysis support to the Sales Team
  • Assist with pricing, market data, and forecasting
  • Manage promotional budgets and coordination

We are looking for:

  • 1-2 years' sales support experience
  • Business, Sales, or Marketing background
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table & V-Look Up)
  • Commercial mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
