Global Tax Director

For a leading global FMCG company we are looking for a Global Tax Director. Do you have proven people management skills combined with in depth knowledge of Global but especially Dutch Tax regulations? This private equity backed company is looking for a leader for their global Tax department.People management:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities to the tax team, enhancing their value contribution.
- Stay abreast of global tax policy shifts and communicate their business implications effectively.
- Offer expert tax counsel to the CFO, Board and Audit Committee, articulating our tax approach and management strategies.
Compliance, Accounting, and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain robust governance, processes, and controls to ensure the companies compliance with diverse international laws and regulations.
- Implement and refine scalable systems and processes suitable for our multinational operations, including potential outsourcing solutions.The annual salary for this position will be between 160.000 to 180.000 Euro Gross per year with excellent secondary benefits
