Technical Sales Manager (Energy Sector)

This is a full-time position based on-site in Eindhoven.
The role involves overseeing the daily activities at our client's Eindhoven office, ensuring smooth operations. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing and resolving technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. You will also assist the sales team with your technical knowledge and advise clients on products.
This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of technical assistance. Join our client's team and be a key player in ensuring the success of our technical support operations.

Requirements:

What do we expect from you?

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role, experience in the energy industry is preferred
• motivation to learn more about the energy & power industry
• you have at least basic knowledge in electricity
• customer service, customer support, technical support skills
• You speak English fluently AND at least one other European language, preferably German or Dutch
• You have troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel to fairs, events ,etc
• you are based near Eindhoven
