ServiceNow Developer (freelance)

Are you are someone that likes to think outside of the box and applies their creativity to find solutions and make users happy, but also know how to talk with Product Owners to find effective solutions?

As a ServiceNow Developer you will be a part of an international team where a lot of different ideas and knowledge is shared. You will be working closely with your team on improving the SME Operations. You will work closely with Product Owners and users organizations and together with your team will find the most effective solutions. You and your team need to think of a creative solutions when something goes wrong. You will be working on simplifying and automate the operational tasks. This is a temporary project for 10 months in Ede, hybrid working is possible. The rate is 75-80 euro per hour.

How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Requirements:

The ServiceNow Developer we are looking for has the following:

* Experience in the service management application domain with ServiceNow;
* Extensive experience with CSM is a must;
* Experience with AngularJS or other frameworks/programming languages;
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator;
* Excellent command of the English language in word and writing, willing to learn Dutch;
* ITIL V3 knowledge and / or certification;
