Order Management Specialist | French

As a Customer Service Representative you continuously strive for an optimal Order Management process. As primary contact for our customers you will be making sure that everything is arranged to guarantee on-time deliveries. As first point of contact you will not only handle order entry but also manage customer inquiries, complaints, service level issues and you will be screening actual orders against the forecast. By monitoring and obtaining customer - and market trends, you are the source of competitive intelligence and valuable market insights. Because the products portfolio is diverse and complex, your priorities will change daily.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the entire Order to Cash process
• Handle & coordinate customer requests 
• Frequent interaction with business partners & Account Manager
• Daily interaction with external customers 
• Involvement in internal projects

This is what you bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales experience in an International environment is preferred;
• Experience with SAP, Sales Force/ ERP system is preferred;
• Knowledge of logistics processes and INCO terms plus related customs procedures and documentation;
• Fluent in English and French is required both oral and written
• Good analytical skills.
