Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide effective support to their client base. This role is a pivotal part of the team responsible for onboarding and integrating new customers onto the client’s platform. Additionally, it involves focusing on existing customers, ensuring they achieve the optimal return on investment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensuring quality delivery, exceptional customer service, and thorough reporting are of the utmost priority for this position.
- Independently assist B2B customers with the implementation of the company’s services in the designated region and provide after-sales support
- Report the progress of the customer activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the team leader
- Proactively service customers within the designated market
- Provide monthly analysis and reporting on the designated territory
- Assist other team members with the preparation, delivery and training of additional products as required
Requirements:
- MBO+ level
- Excellent written and spoken command of Dutch & French
- Customer focus, positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Good computer skills and experience with data exchange between various systems
- Affinity with the automotive industry is a plus
