Junior Lifestyle Editor

We are looking for a passionate junior editor to join our team in Amsterdam!
Tasks:
- Event research, editing and writing
- Article writing and editing
- Proofreading & ensuring all published content meets in-house quality standards
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (a must)
- Good command of German and/or Dutch (desirable)
- Proven experience as a writer, journalist or editor for online media
- In-depth knowledge of the Netherlands, Germany and/or Switzerland - from cultural customs to little-known quirks
- In possession of a valid work & residence permit (if applicable)
About you:
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative and full of ideas, with an eye for interesting, engaging content
- Independent, eager and comfortable with working collaboratively in a remote capacity
- Passionate about working in a diverse, international environment

- Starting date: May 2024 or earlier
- Commitment: 28-40 hours per week
- Type: Temporary
- Location: The Netherlands (ideally Amsterdam)
- Remote: One day a week at the office, the rest of the week remote
