If you are looking for a great job opportunity in an international manufacturer and distributor in the fashion industry please read further! For our client, a growing company based in the US but with the European Headquarters in Amsterdam, I'm looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Representative Specialist to deal with the French market.

The company offers a one-year direct contract to start with. It is a full-time job (40 hours per week).

What would be your main responsibilities as a Customer Service and Sales Representative Specialist?

  • being the first point of contact for any request customers or orders related
  • supporting the sales representatives through the entire sales/order process
  • working with the system (SAP) and checking commercial promotions and programs
  • handling inbound customers' calls
  • acting as a team-player within the customer service French team
  • preparing reports for the management team

What I'm looking for in a Customer Service and Sales Representative Specialist?

  • 3 years of experience (minimum) in customer service and/or sales support
  • French native
  • fluency in English
  • knowledge of Excel and ability to prepare reports
  • previous experience with SAP is a plus
  • excellent communication skills, team-player
  • pro-active, fast-learner, solutions-oriented
  • confident, service-minded
