We're seeking a Sales Operations Assistant based in our client's Dutch offices in the North of Holland, focusing on the Benelux and DACH territories. If you have a passion for design products and an interest in the world of motorcycles, combined with a background in commerce and international exposure, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

  • Oversee motorcycle sales ordering and allocation process
  • Monitor and coordinate order-to-delivery timelines to meet targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for network inquiries regarding order status and deliveries
  • Ensure timely delivery of motorcycle registration documents
  • Proactively communicate with Country Managers to uphold dealer satisfaction
  • Assist the Finance department in the cash collection process as required
  • Provide support to the Marketing department during national/regional tradeshows
  • Offer innovative input to optimize existing systems and procedures, aiming for increased efficiency
  • Contribute creative ideas for sales and marketing campaigns and programs

Requirements:

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE 100% WORKING FROM OFFICE IN NORTH HOLLAND

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Windows Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch (C2), English (C1 - C2), and German (minimal B2-C1) IS A MUST (French proficiency is advantageous)
  • In-depth understanding of region-specific requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-directed
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated creativity, resilience, and adaptability
  • Passion for motorcycles and/or Electric Vehicles is a bonus
  • Familiarity with relevant applications such as ERP and Salesforce preferred
  • Available for 40hours per week
