Description:

To further strengthen the team, they are searching for a customer service representative. Together with the team you will be the contact for distributors, hospitals and end users in different countries. You are responsible for taking orders, confirm and enter data in an ERP system. You ensure follow-up of the order, so you are sure that the right product will be delivered at the right date and for the right price. Next to that, you will inform customers about the prices, delivery times, orders, shipments, product information and certificates. You have an excellent knowledge of the German and English language and preferable also have a good knowledge of the Dutch language.

Requirements:

For this position we are looking for motivated, client focused employees who are striving for a high level of customer satisfaction. You have to be flexible and pro-active. Other job requirements are:

- Minimum MBO working and thinking level;
- Excellent knowledge of the German English (and Dutch) language;
- Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus;
- Affinity with an ERP system;
- Preferable in the possession of a driving license (and car);
- Be able to work independently and in a team, be able to multitask and handle stress.
