Job Profile for Sales Consultant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Utilising Exact Synergy CRM
  • Contacting customers to secure contracts (email and telephone)
  • Data entry – excel, word, access
  • Phone calls and emails – to customers & contractors
  • Liaising with professional advisors to update/ maintain information
  • Identifying new business opportunities/ cold calling
  • Contractor support for initial stages of a contract
  • Other reasonable administrative duties as directed
Candidate Profile for Sales Consultant
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experienced within a service-related industry (18 months sales)
  • Experienced in telephone manners
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Not afraid to ask for assistance where needed
  • Experienced in following procedure-driven tasks and stick to the rules
  • Able to prioritise work effectively
  • Able to travel across Europe to visit clients
