Account Director



We are looking for a French or German account director to manage a portfolio of accounts for our client working with fundraising and direct mail in the NGO sector. The successful candidate will have experience with fundraising (agency or charity) and under the cycle of donor recruitment/retention and speak English and German or French.

  • Day to day Management a few large International accounts, which includes handling their strategy, creative, quoting, etc
  • Proactively engage with the customers and partners to sustain and build deep relationships
  • Work and plan to achieve Forecast/Sales goals/ & develop a pipe lines of Opportunities
  • Monthly face to face visit to clients
  • Help assist the Managers of Business development with prospects/new clients
  • Forecasting accurately on a weekly/monthly and yearly schedule
  • Liaise with the Operational team
  • Communicate issues & solutions


  • Fluent in English + French/German
  • International Project management experience
  • Fundraising expertise (Working for a fundraising agency or a charity). Understanding the cycle of donors recruitment/retention is a must.
