Customer Support speaking nativel level German

You are the primary point of contact by phone (and email) for the German-speaking market. In this role you assist customers with their (technical) support questions, process returns and are responsible for the knowledge database. In addition, you think along in a pro-active way to help improve the working methods.
Requirements:• Minimum HBO level / Hochschulabschluss • Excellent command of the German and English languages (both oral and written). • Excellent communication skills • Strong drive to constantly improve yourself and your surroundings • Experience with (technical) support is a plus but not a must. You learn everything on the job

About the company:Our client is selling and supplying surveillance cameras throughout Europe. Behind their webshop there is a young and multinational team of approximately 10 employees. To further strengthen the team, they are searching for a Customer Service Representative to support their clients from German speaking countries.
