Project Planner



For a renowned Dutch yacht builder, we are looking for a Project Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the position of level 1 and 2 planning activities in the yacht- or shipbuilding industry. In this position you will be responsible for setting up the planning for a project and report directly to the Project Manager.

Furthermore, the Project Planner has the following tasks:

  • Setting milestones for the project and monitoring the process;
  • Monitoring overlaps between various disciplines and stages of production;
  • As Project Planner you Identify risks and advise on possible solutions;
  • Keep an overview of all project activities and prepare reports and overviews for the project team;
  • Organizing project meetings with subcontractors;
  • Consulting with Production Planners to monitor the progress;
  • Processing different types of data within the level 1 and level 2 schedules.


As Project Planner you meet the following requirements:

  • Technical Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to the maritime sector;
  • +3 years of relevant experience in the yacht- or shipbuilding industry;
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of the software MS Project and Excel.
