Our client is a European Contact Centre in the Eindhoven area. The company is proud to be an international and diverse team. They speak English internally, in this case though, the CSR will handle the Dutch speaking markets. For the first couple of months you will have on-the-job training, to gain proper knowledge on the products, customers, and procedures.

The job

For a globally well-known company, our client near Eindhoven provides low technical and RMA support on a range of products. From computers to fridges, you will handle customer queries regarding such white/brown goods. As the customer service advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to consumers and assist them with installations, troubleshooting and problem solving in an efficient and customer friendly manner.

Main tasks

  • Answering inbound contacts (phone, email, web chat) from customers
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving any product related questions or problems
  • RMA handling
  • Logging customer details, documenting the problem and escalating whenever necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in all customer contacts
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Computer literacy with good knowledge of Windows
  • Affinity with technical products
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good typing skills and able to multitask
  • (Near) native command of Dutch and fluency in English
  • Contact center working experience is advantageous
  • Self-starter, independent worker
  • Resilience

Start date: As Soon As Possible

Working hours/ Shifts: Mon-Friday between 08:30-21:00 hours (40 hours/week); Saturday shifts from 10:00-18:00
