Partner Account Manager - Scandinavia



Our client is looking for an energetic Partner Account Manager for the Scandinavian market.

What you'll do:

• Acquire, onboard, manage and support channel - drive phone based (and some in person) breadth partner outreach to resellers across all Scandinavian countries to drive partner activation for Backup and Migrations

• Grow and convert pipeline into revenue including prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with partners

• Work with Scale team on key named strategic accounts in Scandinavia to drive daily sales execution and partner enablement activities within their large organisations

• Build relationships with Microsoft and Distributor sales teams in Scandinavia to drive broader awareness

• Go to relevant trade shows, industry events and webinars

• Engage with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, technical executives and managers within Distributors, Vendors and Partner organisations


• 3-5 years business development, channel management, and/or partner account management in the technology industry, preferably in the cloud computing space in Scandinavia

• Fluent in English

• Fluent (native level) in at least one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish

• Direct channel experience working with IT Service Providers such as Systems Integrators, Resellers, Hosters, Large-Scale Solution Provider or Distributors

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft and its Partner ecosystem

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong sales and marketing experience with track record exceeding revenue targets

• Must be prepared to travel to Scandinavia to meet with partners and Microsoft

• Bachelors or Advanced Degree

• Applied experience with strategic planning, business transformation, sales leadership or executive influence in an entrepreneurial environment

• Experience designing, selling, or delivering solutions and services based upon Microsoft Office 365 and Azure

• Experience working with an engineering and/or technical team to deliver products and services

Work Hours:

32-40 uur hours per week
