We are seeking a motivated Swedish speaking sales specialist to join our European team.

With a strong background in international sales/business development, you are able to identify and develop our Scandinavian customer network. You will proactively seek new business opportunities and build a long-term relationship with potential customers. Besides this, you will continue to build a long-term relationship with current customers.

To be successful in this role, it is important to have a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience (3 years min.) WITHIN distributors specializing in the electronics retail channels; developing and maintaining accounts in retail and related distribution channels: DIY/hardware/building materials, consumer electronics, audio/visual & home appliances, e-commerce sites;
     
  • Min. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
     
  • Proven track record in smart home/DIY security category development and management;
     
  • Business and promotions planning with stakeholders in the shops or with HQ;
     
  • Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation and presentation skills;
     
  • Ability to thrive in an intensely competitive and dynamic market;
     
  • Frequent regional travel;
     
  • MUST: native Swedish who is fluent in English
