Senior HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will focus on People & Transformation. The candidate will proactively support the management team in achieving business objectives by managing the following functions:

• Ensuring talent capabilities and pipeline is in place for the future
• Responsible for developing strategic relationships with key leaders to drive joint strategic business planning
• Ensuring that HR Centers of Expertise are designing HR programs in alignment with business strategies
• Ensuring that the people implications of business decisions are understood and addressed
• Broker HR services for business units (interacts with Center of Expertise/Shared Services Center)
• Develop business unit workforce strategy, providing decision support and executive coaching
• Day to day HR support for line management and employees
• Execution of HR programs and ensuring consistent application of HR practices
• Employee Relations
• Liaising with Works Council


• Bachelor / higher educational level required
• Minimum 3 - 7 years experience as HR Generalist
• Excellent level English speaker and also speaking French & Dutch (one of which must be at a fluent level)
• Good understanding of local employment, social security, and GDPR (AVG) regulations
• Experience in dealing with Works Councils
• Having worked in a global corporation would be an advantage
