HR Administrator | Dutch

For one of our clients, an international company in the semiconductors foundry industry, we are looking for an HR Administrator (Dutch speaker).

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly payroll preparation for The Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland
  • Keeping employee administration and personnel files up to date.
  • Support personal leave administration
  • Support internal control processes
  • Monitor deadlines, prepare reports and letters
  • Lease car administration
  • HR invoices review
  • Support international relocations
  • Support other HR processes

A successful candidate will have:

  • HBO level
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Previous experience with HR, and payroll administration
  • Curiosity and a strong process orientation
  • Eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Good communication and social skills
  • A flexible, friendly and service-oriented attitude
