We can also assist you in various areas once you have arrived in the Netherlands, for example helping you to find schools, assisting with moving, etc. A1 Apartment Services operates on a no cure no pay basis and the placing of a search instruction is FREE.

Our tenants
These are mainly foreign workers (expats) employed by international companies, who are stationed in the Netherlands. But some of them are private individuals who, for example, have sold their own house but are not yet able to move into a new one. In that case your house can be an excellent interim solution. Of course you can also rent out your house for an indefinite period.
How we operate
A1 Apartment Services operates on a no cure no pay basis. If you are considering renting out your house, contact us to make an appointment without any obligations. During the consultation at your house you will have every opportunity to make your wishes known and we will assist you with tips and advice. If you instruct us to rent out your house, photos can be taken immediately for publication if necessary.
To work
We get to work for you right away. We provide a reliable tenant, organise the payments and take care of the maintenance. We will even supervise the tenant moving into and “checking out” of the house.
Financially profitable!
Intermediation/agent
Renting out your house will indeed prove to be financially profitable. For our assistance in finding a tenant, only 4% of the rental price over the total contract period will be charged. The minimum charge is 125.
Intermediation and management
If you would like us not only to intermediate but also to manage your property during the tenancy period, a total charge of 6% over the total contract period will be charged, with a minimum of 150. These amounts exclude 19% VAT. There are no other costs.

Unfurnished housing
This is nonsubsidized housing as stipulated by “The Urban Housing Department of Amsterdam”. The property is in good order technically but may need redecorating so that it is to your liking. The rent for this housing starts at around 650per month.
Partly furnished housing
This property is newly renovated and includes curtains and carpets. It is in good to excellent condition, is luxurious and - very importantly - can be lived in right away. The rent for this housing starts at around 800per month
Furnished housing
Do you know in advance how long you will want to rent accommodation for? If so, furnished accommodation is a good option. The accommodation is fully furnished, so it offers all mod cons. No lugging heavy furniture around, just enjoy it right away. The rent for furnished accommodation also starts at 800per month.
Our rates and conditions
For housing with a tenancy agreement of up to 3 months, we charge 1/3 of one month's rent. For tenancy agreements of 4 to 6 months, we charge a commission of half a month's rent. If you are renting for more than 6 months, the commission is 1 month's rent. A surcharge of 19% VAT applies to all amounts
Deposit or bank guarantee
If you rent accommodation you must pay a deposit or a give a bank guarantee when you sign the tenancy agreement. This sum remains in the possession of the landlord. When the tenancy agreement ends, you will get this sum back provided you have fulfilled all the obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. Identification When you sign a tenancy agreement, we will ask you for a copy of your driving licence or passport and for an employer's statement or payslip.
