Room offerA very cozy room in Kralingen is available. The house is very close to Kralingse Plas (A very beautiful park where you can go for jogging, BBQ or swimming. ) and takes less than 10 mins to bike to Erasmus University or Blaak. AH , tram 7 Vlietlaan station(Available from September), restaurants and bars can all be reached by 3-5 mins walking.The neighborhood is beautiful and safe.
The house has a nice garden (90 squared meters) and a shared big kitchen equipped with gas, toaster,washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. Also, there is a really nice balcony that connected to the kitchen where you can enjoy breakfast under the sunshine. This room is furnished and registrations are allowed.
We are welcoming people who are friendly and clean.
