Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for following up on contracts with your clients. This involves, preparing, planning and booking transport.
Furthermore, your tasks include:

  • Coordinate the execution of purchase contracts and oversee logistics operations.
  • Serve as an internal resource for customs, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage documentation accurately and handle invoicing processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
  • Address minor non-conformities and claims efficiently.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain (reporting)/logistics
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; knowledge of Dynamics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language

Important: for this vacancy it is important that you currently reside near the Roermond area.

Salary Benefits:


  • a 7 month contract followed by a 1 year contract, and afterwards a permanent contract
  • travel allowance: 23 cents per km for 50 km one-way
  • 26 holidays (excluding national holidays)
