Business Analyst - FMCG - Growth focus

- Guide cross-functional projects and motivate others to execute change. Projects often cover market expansion, new verticals, strategy or cross-functional improvements
- Making ad-hoc analyses in order to support the business or resolve urgent matters.
- Distill actionable insights from big data to improve business performance within domains such as Marketing and Operations
- Proactively contribute to the growth strategy, bringing in external views and experience to grow and further professionalize HelloFresh
- You have a minimum of five years of working experience in Strategy Consulting or Business Development.
- As a strong communicator, you are not afraid of leading a team or a cross-functional project and know how to motivate others to reach their goals.
- You are eager to develop yourself and the people around you by actively looking for and sharing feedback.
- You are opportunity driven and always look for chances to improve HelloFresh. You like to work in a fast paced environment and continuously adapt to new business challenges.
- You will report to the Director of Business Development and work closely with colleagues in Amsterdam and abroad.
- You are very experienced in data analysis, using Excel and GSheets, and ideally SQL too.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages is a plus.
- Finally, you possess a University Master's degree and are fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
