As a Inside Sales Representative, these will be your daily challenges:

  • You support all the pre-sales, sales, and after sales processes and administration
  • Together with the Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for the B2B clients
  • You have daily contact with clients and proactively handle all service-oriented questions and requests
  • You have a lot of contact with colleagues from different departments. For instance, you work closely with the quality service department to assess and handle any complaints
  • You take orders and process them in the automated SAP system, you also support other common administrative activities

Requirements:

What would the company need from you?

  • Excellent English to speak with clients from the UK. Speaking German is a plus, but not a must
  • You speak Dutch on an intermediate level (B1/B2)
  • You have affinity with the tasks, and HBO thinking level
  • You live on a commutable distance from the company
  • You are available from 32-40 hours a week. Full-time is the preference
