Order Management Specialist | German (maternity cover)

Due to the increasing workload, our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a maternity cover. The role is temporary, up until March 2022. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work at the Silicon Materials Team overseeing the whole order flow from A to Z. Further responsibilities include:

  • placing order in the system
  • invoicing clients
  • following up on orders and updating the client on the order processing
  • keeping close contact with colleagues, specially Sales and Cash Department


The role is interesting and dynamic. However, it can also be very administrative. The ideal candidate will be someone who can multitask and work independently. Good sense of priority and stress resistant is also essential. Our client is looking for someone who:

  • has a great fluency in German (minimum C1 level)
  • is fluent in English
  • has experience in Order Management (knowledge on similar sectors is a big plus)
  • has a good knowledge of Logistics, preferably with transport by truck or containers

Salary Benefits:

Our client offers a competitive salary (depending on experience) plus:

  • 13th month

  • 0,19 cents per Km (max. 200 Euros per month)
