Join us in shaping a responsible future as our new Program Manager for Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence. This pivotal role involves driving a multi-stakeholder initiative dedicated to embedding ethical and sustainable practices into our operations.
- Oversee program management for Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) initiatives.
- Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy for effective communication and collaboration.
- Gather requirements for tools to capture third-party data from HREDD assessments and audits.
- Select and harmonize existing tools within bol.com for HREDD processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Risk & Compliance, Retail, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service) to validate risk assessments.
- Define measures to prevent adverse impacts and monitor the effectiveness of due diligence actions.
- Engage with external stakeholders for insights and information on due diligence steps.
- Support alignment with B Corp standards, particularly version 7.
A great assignment of 32 hours in Utrecht (working from the office twice per week), from July 2025 to December 2025. The hourly rate for a ZZP/Freelancer will be around 90-100 EUR, depending on your experience and seniority. There's also the possibility of a flex contract via us, in which case an attractive salary applies.
