Client Success Manager | German C2

In this role, you will be running around ten campaigns simultaneously and receiving feedback from about 2500 nano influencers for each campaign and you will be responsible for the German market.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Strategically running and planning campaigns from A to Z
- Data analysis and reporting of consumer feedback with product tests
- Conducting smart review campaigns and dialog campaigns
- Acting as the main source of contact for your influencers.
For this role you can be located in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.


- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, on a C1-C2 level
- A combination of commercial, marketing, social media/content management, and customer service/support
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who is not afraid to reach out to customers and visit them regularly!
- Motivation to achieve great campaign results
- A creative and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills
- A team player
- Available full-time (preferably for 40 hours a week)
