Interim Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Do you want to take the lead in shaping global Talent Acquisition for a truly international organization?
As Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategy, building infrastructure and creating global standards that define how recruitment is done across all regions. In this role, you will drive consistency, quality and excellence in the hiring process worldwide, ensuring that both business and candidate experience are seamless.
This is a 3-month interim role, starting as soon as possible. A true opportunity for someone with leadership skills and a global mindset to make an immediate difference!
As Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Design and implement the global TA strategy with internal and external trends, insights and business priorities;
- Develop and standardize processes, pipelines and infrastructure across global TA to increase efficiency, consistency and recruitment maturity;
- Lead and roll out global programs and initiatives across four regional TA hubs, ensuring operational excellence and one way of working;
- Drive innovation in digital recruitment, ATS optimization (with a strong focus on SuccessFactors) and the use of AI and analytics to improve TA performance and KPIs;
- Build capabilities and communities within regional TA teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver a world-class candidate and employee experience;.
- Collaborate closely with Employer Branding, Digital HR & People Analytics, Talent Intelligence, Talent Management, Reward and business leaders to integrate TA into broader people strategies;
- Measure and improve the employee and candidate experience, translating insights into concrete actions and improvements.
You will be part of the Centre of Expertise (CoE) Talent, responsible for setting high-quality standards globally in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management and Workforce Planning.
