To be successful in this role there are a couple of mandatory elements.

You must be customer oriented and have some experience within a customer support environment. For this consultant role you will be helping clients based in multiple countries in south Europe, with a focus on Spain therefore you will need to speak Spanish on a native level. You will need have affinity with Order Management and It will help if you understand how the world of biotech equipment works.

As this is a high-volume call role, knowing how to help someone from a distance in a timely and precise manner is key. We are looking for someone that always has a smile on their face, likes calling people and doesn’t mind doing admin. Things are changing at such a rapid pace at IDEXX.
