Inside Sales Support - Business fluency in German

Description:

This versatile commercial role focuses on optimizing the sales process and thereby promoting sales. In this role you have continuous contact with customers across Europe, with an emphasis on the German market.
You will support mostly the local Sales Agents and you will be responsible for advising customers and prospects by phone. You will process the orders, guide the customers through the B2B portal, process the returns and claims, and give sales advice by telephone. You will be at the core of the commercial activities.

Requirements:

You have a commercial drive and you are energetic. You are a team player with a passion for fashion and sports. You know how to prioritize and multi-task, you get energy from hectic situations and you are passionate about sales. It will be your challenge, together with your internal and external colleagues, to make customers happy. You are:

- Service and result-oriented. You think in solutions, while handling questions and complaints quickly and thoroughly
- Good at structuring your work well and setting priorities
- Accurate and fast in switching between internal and external parties
- Proactive – you prefer to pick up the phone rather than the mail to get things done
- HBO work and thinking level
- Excellent business fluency in German and English. At least a good level of Dutch, and willing to improve.
- Affinity with sports fashion is an advantage
