As Executive and Touring Assistant  you will be responsible for supporting our artists' touring activities, our CEO and logistics for the Heroic team. Activities include scheduling of meetings, maintenance of calendars, maintaining touring databases with relevant information, assisting with touring logistics for our artists including the procurement of travel, hospitality and advancing of shows. You'll be working closely with our Touring Manager and CEO, assisting wherever needed. You will be the rock upon which our team and artists should be able to depend when it comes to scheduling and travel. 

This position does not require music industry experience - we are open to someone learning on the job. It will provide a 360-degree understanding of the music industry by working in a nimble, small and young team with a start-up mentality. 

This is a unpaid internship. If you are an excellent performer you can grow into paid employment.



Managing schedule of CEO and Heroic team

  • Reminding team members of calls 15 minutes prior to scheduled time
  • Coordinating calls & meetings within various time zones and countries for the CEO
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for meetings for the CEO
  • Supplying external members with reminders of their call with CEO the following day
  • Creating and editing google calendar events
  • Diligently following up to confirm urgent calls / meetings


Assisting with touring logistics

  • Assist in the booking of flights, lodging, and transportation for our roster
  • Assist in the research of the best methods of travel and closest airports pertaining to each play
  • Researching and booking the best airbnb rentals to accomodate the needs of the artist
  • Assisting in hospitality requests as it pertains to each show
  • Maintaining ABOSS (touring software) for all artists
  • Collection of 1042S tax forms from promoters
  • Maintaining advance calendar with advance deadlines
  • Researching travel and hospitality loyalty programmes and maximizing use of said systems.


Assisting CEO

  • Assisting CEO and managers with market research, administrative and operational work
  • Providing itineraries for trips, conferences and helping maximize CEO's time and impact
  • Note taking during meetings


  • Love for working with people and being in a supportive role that makes our entire operation work more smoothly.

  • Available around the clock to accommodate the sometimes urgent nature of logistics and scheduling.

  • Great email etiquette. Preferably experience in an assistant role.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Eager to learn, willing to take feedback and excited to work in a start-up environment.

  • Experience in an assistant role, logistics or the travel industry is a bonus.

  • Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a bonus)

  • Affinity with electronic music and the music industry is a bonus.

  • Able to work 25+ hours/week, preferably 40/hours/week.

  • Ability to come into our offices in The Hague.

24-40 hours per week
