About this role
This global supplier of complex technical installations focuses on sorting lines, packaging lines, and weighing installations. They offer service contracts that range from technical support to 24/7 on-site presence.
As a team leader, you will lead a team of 6 that assesses and addresses technical inquiries. You are the link in escalations and support complex issues. You have a passion for process optimization and derive satisfaction from implementing improvements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily operations and resolving escalations.
- Encouraging collaboration with internal and external departments.
- Leading and coaching your team members in their personal development.
- Initiating improvement projects for more efficient technical support.
- Contributing to the formulation and execution of strategic objectives.
- Managing performance reviews and setting concrete goals for team members.
This is a full-time position, offering a salary of around € 5500 gross per month based on full-time employment. The other employment conditions will be discussed in a personal meeting.
