Service Center Agent | French C1/C2 | Temporary contract

Customer service
In this role, you would be a service center agent for the French market. In this role your main responsibilities will include:
- Service Center activities in the appointed areas;
- Organization of the daily tasks, together with your colleagues;
- Conducting relevant reports and statistics;
- Maintaining close relations with regional depots for effective distribution of pallets;
- Maintaining close relations with local converters (end users) and distributors for retrieving the pallets and conducting lists and statistics.

- Excellent communication skills;
- Stress resistant;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems;
- Customer oriented, persistence, convincing skills;
- A true team player;
- Good geographical knowledge;
- Excellent command of French and English (C1 / C2) and Dutch is an absolute plus;
- Available between 32 and 40 hours per week.
